Alright then - they're splitting up. Ivy, Reese, Beck and Isaac are going into the cave, while the rest stays where they are. Ivy is not particularly happy with being on Beck's team, but at least she's got Reese. And that's a hell of an asset to have. Sam hands the walkie-talkie over to Beck, which makes Ivy feel uneasy. Sure, just give their only means of communication to that jerk. Why the hell not. She glares at Sam, but composes her face into one of neutrality soon enough. They enter the cave, and the entrance sort of falls together, thereby preventing them from going back. It was to be expected, but it doesn't make her any happier. What if they need to go back? There's no way but forward now.
As they walk through what looks like a tunnel, Reese comes to walk beside Ivy. She smiles after hearing what Reese has to say. It's strangely amusing to have everyone believe that she and Reese don't know each other.
"Sure," she reacts, her eyes flickering.
They reach the end of the tunnel quickly, after which the whole damn thing collapses behind them. Isn't that beautiful. And sh*t, it's
cold here. Ivy notices the snow, and can't help but groan a little. She's more of a summer-person; never liked snow much. She zips her jacket all the way up, and watches Reese pull on a sweater. Typical Reese, she thinks. Always prepared.
The voice then tells them to pick another number, and Ivy feels like grabbing the radio and shove it into the snow.
"We don't have the map," she says stiffly.
"So if we want to know where we are... If we want to do anything that requires the map, we'll need to ask the others to look for us." Dependence, woo-hoo.
